All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on the visible condition of the lawn at the time of assessment. If additional issues are identified during treatment, we will discuss this with you before carrying out any additional work.

Weather Dependency
All lawn treatments are weather dependent.
Services may be rescheduled due to unsuitable weather conditions to ensure safety, compliance and treatment effectiveness. This does not constitute a missed visit.

Access
Customers must provide clear and safe access to the lawn on the scheduled service date.
If access is unavailable, the visit will be rearranged. No missed visit charges apply.
Pets must be secured during treatment.

Lawn care results depend on factors including:
• Lawn condition
• Soil type
• Weather conditions
• Irrigation and mowing practices
• Foot traffic and general maintenance

Ongoing Monthly Plans
Monthly lawn care plans are ongoing until cancelled.
Monthly payments are calculated by dividing the annual programme cost into equal monthly instalments. Payments continue evenly throughout the year regardless of seasonal visit frequency.
Plans may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice.
If cancellation occurs and the value of treatments already carried out exceeds the total payments received, the outstanding balance will be invoiced.
If payments received exceed work completed at cancellation, no additional charges will apply.

Upfront Annual Payments
Customers choosing to pay annually in advance are paying for a full seasonal programme.
If cancellation occurs after treatments have been completed, the value of work already carried out will be deducted from the amount paid. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Refunds will be calculated based on the standard pay-as-you-go treatment rates.

Pay-As-You-Go Services
Pay-as-you-go services are invoiced per visit.
Payment is due in accordance with the invoice terms stated.

Payments
Payments may be made via:
• Continuous card payment (card on file)
• Debit or credit card
• Bank transfer
Failure to make payment may result in temporary suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.
SOS Lawncare Ltd is not VAT registered. VAT is not charged.

Deposit & Cancellation (Lawn Renovations)
Lawn Renovation Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all lawn renovation bookings.
This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time, scheduling and materials purchased specifically for your job.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the deposit will not be refunded.
If sufficient notice is given (minimum 48 hours), we may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule the booking.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

Liability
SOS Lawncare Ltd will not be held responsible for:
• Pre-existing lawn conditions
• Hidden underground hazards (e.g. irrigation systems, cables, pipes) not disclosed prior to treatment
• Damage caused by incorrect aftercare, mowing or watering
• Issues arising from extreme weather conditions
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Aftercare guidance may be provided following treatments. Customers are responsible for following any watering or mowing instructions provided.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results.
